We helped a global retail company to pivot its strategy by creating a different way to engage and connect with Generation-Z customers.
The Challenge
We were requested to help a retail company with their new strategy to connect with Generation Z. For two months, we worked on creating a concept for a loyalty program application that should be integrated into their main e-commerce application. We collaborated with different areas that focused on creating the business logic and defining the new architecture that should allow the company to to scale the new concept to their digital products.
